These pages were published to introduce obscured "Justice System " of the Augusta District Court Parlor and the presiding Judge Charles Dove.
Judge Charles Dove with his "motions ", forgotten clauses, paragraphs from his schoolboy studies, aided by the books and the advising him
incompetent couselors in the matters in which he ought to decide, inflicts his miscarriages of the man made laws, inflates his mortal ego by disrecpecting the woman, the mother, the family, the human tragedy in its ultimate pain and despair - the loss of the child. He is ruling in the
white trash- small town indistinct "cases", knowing that he is going to grant his "superiority " to the lying lovers, husbands, and alike deceivers in this sick male society. His job and "judgement days" are grotesque like from some old masters paintings, with all due respect to the masters; but Judge Charles Dove knows that. He does not want to age on the bench in Augusta. I picture him having night-sweats from fear of that atrocious, clerical, assembly line job. He had tried to hurt our wounded family, he would never conceive of our human superiority. Judge Charles Dove, " I got a flavor " of your musty, and stenched by your plaintiffs, defenders, and sweaty attorneys, courtroom - your kingdom of disregard for your Constitution and the human rights. You had broke the law, judge Dove. You had prevented me from speaking and introducing the evidence : the rights your court " grants to all ". You cleared the courtroom from your predisposed intentions. You had no time ! How dared you spoke like that to me, dragging me to your parlor and the system, exactly the same, which had murdered my genius daughter ! You and the law shall not divide my family. The point is : why you Judge Charles Dove broke the law ? I am digging you. Why I would let you hurt those gray, broken people, you render their "fate". By the way, you know who really runs that courtroom ? The universal BAILIFF. You support the system in mass-society controlling, manufactured and designed in Harvard by Murray ( controversial psychopath ).
You had rendered the sentence: Death Penalty.
Bailiff Joseph Morelli (above), Judge Dove, Stephanie Barrett, Carmen Bilodeau, and Jason Biolodeau killed Michal Flisiuk by giving his Granddaughter to White Trash Bilodeaus, who fought only for death benefits money. Today Sabbath Peridot (Sabbath St. Hilairie) is damaged. She was failed by the System on behalf jobless lowlife - Jason Bilodeau who could never support himself, and now his own family. The child arrived after the death of her mother and was delivered carte blanche to sexual deviant, Jason Bilodeau (never interviewed, scrutinized, only what his fiancé Carmen convinced them about him). Sabbath Peridot provides cigarettes, Wal*Mart attires for their babies, and babysitting. Sabbath Peridot today is unrecognizable...

LIBERTÉ , EQUALITÉ , FRATERNITE
AUGUSTA, MAINE DISTRICT COURT
The building reminds, to the point of being mistaken, of an Evangelical Church, and as any church has something fundamental in common with the court of law - the false prophets.
THE PAIN and its COMMISERATES had entered the courtroom # 1. It looks like a funeral home with the empty catafalque, until the JUGÉ enters with the command: all rise !
THE PAIN was sitting on the left, in the row of the church/funeral home obedient chairs, while THE MONEY with her USHER situated themselves on the right.
In the middle runway, instead of anticipated parade of the pallbearers, or the majestic, once-in-a lifetime-celebrity-like bride , stood: THE DEATH, and THE TRUTH.
But the most important is THE BAILIFF, with his instant, ever present power. Despite his importance, it is the common, while disturbing character among general population of people, as well, as of people isolated and/or congregated in the specific institutions e.g. mental hospitals, jails, prisons, sects. HE ( THE BAILIFF) exercises his power before the sentencing; his job is extremely stressful, heart-attack prone, if he wants to achieve HIS instant gratification, HE aims for - moment-by-moment, he seems to gratify HIMSELF with open and legal psychopathic personality of the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, without hiding either, but unexpectedly, causing and spreading terror - switching randomly from one to the other. Fascinating, but frightening spectrum of the human nature. Could HE be gentle in the after hours Augusta with his tension and bird’s of prey visual concentration?… Or his spectacle relieves him from something potentially darker in his impulsive nature ?…And why he doesn’t see THE DEATH and THE TRUTH in the alley, or the entrance of THE ANGEL? Paradoxically he is not feared nor noticed by the shallow audience. They pray to the sitting at the catafalque JUGÉ .
On the March 1st, after Easter however, the court had been
reserved and empty of previously attempted hearing, as well , as of the parade of the indistinguishable “lowlives” who can drive any jude to senile dementia and the presiding judé on the previous schedule was on the bench all his career without its climbing , declaring us afterwords only the spectates of his clerical job, and releasing to the MARCH 1 ST JUDÉ ( lost my sentencing papers - will publish names with entire copies after obtaining the duplicates).
THE USHER was on the level of THE MONEY. Incompetent, huffing & puffing, sweating from the phony confidence.
Why THE TRUTH was remaining in the aisle ? Because THE PAIN was painfully prejudiced for the ideal truth, and THE MONEY was tried to see THE TRUTH , which she had not noticed.
THE JUDÉ had allowed my recording to the voice mail of CREEP , who was not present in the church/funeral parlor. The CREEP has too many reasons to remain neutral… It was the hearsay, and not relevant to THE MONEY.
THE PAIN WAS DEPRIVED OF ANY WHATSOEVER defense, introducing any evidence, and from any form of establishing innocence and the MONEY’S motive, for THE PAIN being drugged to that parlor.
Everybody knows that the dice are loaded
Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed
Everybody knows that the war is over
Everybody knows that the good guys lost
EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT THE FIGTH WAS FIXED
Yes, JUDÉ , I shall follow your “career” in your fraternity.
THE PAIN is already sentenced, but you had sentenced little, orphaned girl.
When it will comeback to your parlor, somebody like yourself, will cover for you, but you will be ingrown to small-town chair with the life sentence. It is effective only when THE PAIN does not stop and increases in its gradual intensity. In that isle whom THE DEATH was facing - the false witness and the false judgement.
THE ANGEL, you had not seen THE ANGEL.
You got a flavour, JUDÉ ? Of the CREEP, whom you had not seen, and who was in the best interest of your provincial FIX ?
Culture differences? I agree, I was the most intelligent in that parlor except for THE AISLE, WHOM YOU HAD NOT NOTICED. YOU CANNOT ON YOUR TINY ISLE.. IT’S A PITY THAT FOR THE TIME BEING YOU ARE in charge OF THE HUMAN MISERY, WHICH YOU ONLY MULTIPLY FROM THAT CATAFALQUE. YOU SMELL OF YOUR RECESS LUNCH AND ITS INDULGEMENT, WHEN THE COURT IS IN SESSION, JUDÉ .
boy bands and bubblegum pop music. I hate
hypocrites&&being ignored. My favourite food is
anything containing potatoes. I may be a horrible

mom died and my dads not there for me.
I like food(:

"my dads"? which ones? Biological, Norman St. Hilairie,
who was treated for cocaine adiction at Togus and had
a wife and a child, when Sabbath's mother was 8 years old,
or Jason Bilodeau who she claimed sexually abused her,
kept running away from home on numerous occassions
fearing Jason Bilodeau, and [sic] becoming Carmen

I ate poop today, YUMMY!
Sabbath claimed she ate Sweetie's dog food in New
Orleans ("I wanted to taste what Sweetie ate" what
led to her mother's murder.
She was very close to her dog, Sweetie, but she
wouldn't dare to ask for her. We keep, take care
of Sweetie; Marcel cooks for her, grooms her daily.
It's extremely difficult for us to keep her dog,
she became totally indifferent of!
AUGUSTA – A 33-year-old native of Fort Kent may become the youngest District Court judge in Maine if his nomination is confirmed next week by the Senate after the Legislature’s Judiciary Committee voted 9-3 on Tuesday to recommend him.
The nomination of Charles A. Dow of Winthrop, who works in the Maine Attorney General’s Office, raised concerns among committee members during a five-hour-long hearing because of his lack of courtroom experience and his youth. Members of the public criticized the way he has handled some matters on behalf of Attorney General Steven Rowe.
The committee vote fell along party lines, with nine Democrats voting in favor and three Republicans voting against the nomination.
Dow, whose father recently retired as the fire chief in Fort Kent and whose mother taught in the St. John Valley community for many years, was nominated to the bench in December along with three others by Gov. John Baldacci. The four are candidates for new judgeships and will serve at-large in District Courts around the state.
John Hobson, the Portland attorney who headed the governor’s judicial nomination committee, said that Dow’s connection to The County was one of his strengths.
“He had an enthusiasm that was not reflected by other candidates for those northern areas of the state,” Hobson said.
Sen. Debra Plowman, R- Hampden, who served on the Judiciary Committee in previous sessions, opposed his nomination. She said that he did not have enough day-to-day experience as a courtroom attorney to understand the workings of a courtroom well enough to make a good District Court judge.
“One day you’ll be a good judge,” Plowman said to Dow, “but not today.”
In the end, it was Dow who assailed the doubts of committee members, including Democrats who expressed concern about his inexperience.
“If you vote for me you will vote for someone who is young, and is inexperienced in the courtroom, but I have spent a lot of time in the AG’s office discerning the facts and applying the law,” Dow said. “That is the job of a judge.”
