Will my little girl get justice in Louisiana, after all what is wrong with that place which killed her?Will Louisiana change in front of your eyes.Everything in the state and especially its largest city is race oriented and politicized & corrupted. After the storm old ills got only condensed and confined to remaining strip of the former city.Outward image of New Orleans stems from presence formalized defiance of the black majority and it's amusing to some manifestations as second lines, surreal "Indians" or street music and is simply related to proximity of a slave market on the bank of Mississippi where their ancestors touched down after the long trip,(area made today into a dull promenade).
